½ Feb plus March, April, May, June, July and ½ August production
Full 12 months production
= “Seasonal supply ratio” expressed as a %
*(Where production is measured in kg fat + protein) |
Milk Specifications | Based on past performance, the milk to be supplied meets a quality standard of:
Somatic Cell Count <200,000 cells/mL Bactoscan of <80,000 IBC/mL Thermoduric of <2,000 cfu/mL |
Compliance with our standards | You are able to comply with the terms and conditions of our MSA.
New suppliers will require a visit from our Supplier Relationship Manager to ensure that the standards required will be met |
Milk collection | Safe tanker access and logistically efficient for us to collect.
